We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please make your return within 7 days of receiving your purchase in the mail or making your purchase in store. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment or to a gift card.
All sales are final on sale items, hair accessories, books, monogrammed items, and special orders.
Guidelines for returning items purchased online:
Returns are accepted for items that are mailed back to us within 7 days of the delivery date, according to tracking.
Returns should be in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
The shipping cost will not be refunded.
We do not not provide shipping labels for return. We recommend choosing a return method that includes tracking.
