The Scalloped "Lottie" baby headband ha a very soft and stretchy nylon headband that will fit any baby. The small size in approximately 3.5 inches across. The ribbon is 1 inch in width. The medium size is approximately 4 inches wise. That ribbon is 1.5 inches in width. Can also come on an alligator clip for our older girls.
